4_April 6_new healthy norms.jpg

There are many behaviors, thoughts, communication styles, coping & conflict resolving strategies that are ‘normal’ but quite unhealthy. Take a moment to think about the ‘norms’ in your family are they healthy?

  • Which ones have you implemented into your life and relationships?
  • Are they working for you?
  • Are they cultivating or constricting the quality of your relationships and life?
  • Are they moving you closer or further from the life you desire?
  • Are they harming or healing?

Love Grows Sessions with Misha is a place where we will gently identify the things working and no longer working for you.

I know your parents did they best they could with the tools they had; there is no blame there. However, as an adult you have the autonomy to choose which practices (if any) you will continue to practice and those that you will discard.
