Quite possibly one of my favorite aspects of working with couples is the ability to hear their love stories. I enjoyed this exchange so much that Love Grows began offering a service to document these stories.
On this Marriage Monday I would like you to take a few moments to think about your love story and the richness of it. Now imagine creating a love library filled with YOUR story and how amazing it would be to share these volumes with your future children and grandchildren. Perhaps when your child is preparing for their first date, you and your spouse can share vol.1 (your story) with him/her. This is a powerful story to share with a child, in essence the history of how your babe (child) came into being, via your love.
Perhaps sharing your love story with your adult child’s significant other informing him/her that the person they are dating (your adult child) comes from a strong love lineage. There is power and purpose in knowing your history, especially your love story. There are various volumes that can be added to your love library (i.e. anniversaries, births, a separate book for each child, etc.).
Today, I encourage you to begin thinking of innovative ways to document your story. Of course, we are here to help and if you are interested in more information about this service we offer, ‘Our Love Story’ please contact Lauren (info@lovegrows.us) for more information. © - Misha N. Granado
