I am often asked, 'Misha, how are you able to remain so positive?'
In which I respond, 'It is a conscious choice I make.'
Yes, there are moments when I become frustrated, angry, disappointed, sad, or irritated (oh dear). I allow those emotions to run through me FOR A MOMENT however I do not wallow or get stuck there. Instead after the moment I immediately shift my perspective & follow up with gratitude, listing all of the reasons why 'this' is not a big deal in the grand scheme of my life. I review my historical markers to remind myself of the other times in my life when I thought something was the absolute worst thing that could happen but how in the end I obtained tools, knowledge, and experience and a better outcome than I originally hoped/strived for.
I am aware of my energy, have and continue to cultivate and nurture a relationship with self and know what it feels like when I am not operating in love. I do not like how I feel when I operate at a lower frequency (#fear) and I know I am not my best when I am there. This is why I choose my perspective and choose to operate in love.
No, I cannot (nor can you) control the external environment or others but we can choose whether to respond or react. React is when we allow the external entity to control us, whereas when we respond we can make the best decision for our life.
What do you have control of? You. This is where your power lives and where sustainable change occurs.
▪ Focus here.
▪ Operate in love.
▪ Raise your frequency.
▪ Stop wallowing.
▪ Shift your perspective.
▪ Stop begging.
▪ Stop feeling sorry for self & beating self up.
▪ Start healing.
▪ Start loving self.
Let go of every thought, behavior, belief and person who is no longer aligned with your highest good.
It is never too late to start living and becoming better. Life is too precious to live it in sorrow, pain, regret, heartbreak and sadness. Today is the perfect day to CHOOSE to fully show up and be present and grateful for your life. –Misha N. Granado
