As my evolution continues I become more of a connoisseur of ‘Misha.’ I know which colors, cuts, fabrics and styles compliment my petite frame the best. I know which foods to consume to obtain the maximum performance from my body and which ones are not good for me because they result in feeling lethargic, skin blemishes or gastrointestinal issues. I know which products work best on my natural hair and skin to achieve the results I desire. I know what type of energy expands and constricts my highest good. I know when I need to disconnect from technology or people and when I need to connect. I know that I require time in the sun, sea and under the moon. I know I am a romantic with a sensitive heart who has made love my signature. I know the areas where I still need to grow and those where I have mastered lessons. I am comfortable in my skin and body and the woman I am today.
This is a result of taking the time to get to know me which is often a result of the various relationships we have in our lives. There is a purpose for every relationship (personal, romantic, familial, romantic, etc.), including the ones that end (for various reasons) and the ones that are challenging. It is within our relationships we learn more about ourselves…our strengths and growing areas. It is within our relationships where we have the opportunity to see if we have truly mastered our lessons which is indicated by a different/healthy response instead of the historic reaction. Our relationships allow us to witness if he healed our emotional wounds or if we still have more work to do.
Are you a connoisseur of you? Do you know which elements compliment or constrict your heart space? Do you know the role YOU play in each of your relationships? Are your wounds sabotaging these spaces? Is there a barrier preventing love to access your heart? It is great to know how to dress your body, but it is more important to know how to ‘dress’ your heart in such a way that every day and every relationship contributes to the highest good for all parties involved. – Misha N.
