Life can change instantly and the many of us have experienced some sort of loss perhaps death of a loved one, witnessed the mental deterioration of someone experiencing Alzheimer, the emotional turmoil of cancer, etc. For others, the loss may have been in the form of divorce or another relationship ending some sort of way. Do not take your relationships and people for granted.
▪ Are you holding a grudge?
▪ Do you need to forgive someone?
▪ Do you need to apologize?
▪ Do you need to spend more QUALITY time with someone (parents, siblings, children, spouse, friends, etc?).
For all of your relationships, ask yourself the following:
If something were to happen which resulted in my inability to speak, see, be with X person again, am I satisfied with the current status of your relationship? Is the current relationship reflective of how you really feel (heart space)?
If not, begin the work to repair, restore, renew and/or re-energize it. – Misha N. Granado
