One of the aspects I adore the most about love is that it does not care about your failures, emotional wounds, tax bracket, dress size, skin color, hair texture, zip code, nationality, religion or any other variable we use to convince ourselves we are not worthy.
Love is not elitist. Love does not only choose the wealthy, famous or require one to have a terminal degree in a particular field. Love does not require you to be perfect, fully actualized or a saint. Love does not have a limit, restricting you to only one love for your entire life. Love manifests in many different forms, which I like to think is love’s way of trying to be a part of as many aspects of our lives as possible.
Sometimes relationship end, but that does not mean the love that was shared, co-created and nurtured disappears. Instead, it only means the relationship is over and love still remains a part of you for life. Love never expires although a relationship may through death, divorce, growing apart, etc.
There may come a time along your journey where you may need to shift your perspective, heal or be reminded love has not forgotten you. You may even need to gain new tools to help you create space for love to bloom in your life again and that is okay.
Allow love to heal you. Transform you. Wipe your tears. Make you better. We are here to help and are accepting new clients. – Misha N. Granado, MPH, MS
